Research Project (FYP, MSc, PhD, DBA, MEng..etc)...Dilemmas
by R.Charan

Every undergraduate/postgraduate from all niche of studies, irrelevant Science, Management, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Political Science, Archeology, History, Geography and more, can never escape the FYP hurdle. Its their pinnacle of all their years of studies, all the knowledge gained through the years will be pitted into the ring of FYP and may the best project be awarded 'A'. FYP is the stepping stone for anyone in a Project Management scenario, alright i could keep on going and going on its importance and values, lets get tweaked into our real life posers.

Every student or mostly would be better, would never even think about it till they plan to register the semester for FYP. 'I will cross the bridge when i see one', satrical piece my quote here. I guess its true in way to cross the bridge when you see one, but the bridges of FYP ain't no simple bridge, suspension, step-stone, log, arc, truss are some of the bridges, to cross certain set of skills are required.
The dilemmas most undergraduate/postgraduate have in the moment they have been given the timeline to choose, would be:

1. To choose my favorite lecturer or the topic of interest?
2. None of the topics are to my interest.sighh
3. I cant even understand any of the topics.
4. I hate laboratory work.
5. I hate fieldworks.
6. Feed-back projects..nooo its a bore.
7. My favorite topic with the lecturer i most detest:(
8. Can i suggest my own project?
9. I hate programming and the working with computers.
10. I want a project where i could use it for my job interview.
11. A project where i could win awards like my seniors.
12. Could i get an 'A' in this project?
13. Can i cope with my extra subjects with this FYP topic?
14. Bottomline i just want to get over this project.

This are the posers majority would have and maybe more. Yeah and all want to complete them succesfully. How to help you all in this stage?.post your questions.
